STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Thursday at 6 p.m. in the city hall board room to consider the rezoning of an address on Coyne Street.
The proposal would change the property at 175 Coyne Street from Single Family Residential to Heavy Industrial.
Letters notifying nearby property owners of the proposal were sent out recently.
The request for the rezoning is from L & H Rental Properties LLC.
The meeting is open to the public and will be shown live on SteGenTV Channel 991.
