The Ste. Genevieve Middle School will present What Happened After Once Upon a Time by Alexi Alfieri at the Ste. Genevieve R-II Performing Arts Center.
This hilarious twist on classic fairy tales takes a fresh look at what happens when familiar characters decide they have a few things to say about how their stories are told. Audiences will meet a diva-like Rapunzel, a very particular Cinderella, three little pigs with some unusual concerns and plenty of other familiar faces who may not be quite as they remember them.
As the characters take matters into their own hands, fairy-tale chaos ensues. Will everyone find their happily ever after? And will the storyteller ever manage to finish a story?
Community members are invited to enjoy this entertaining production and see what happens when fairy-tale characters rewrite their own endings.
Admission: $4 for adults and $2 for students
Location: Ste. Genevieve R-II Performing Arts Center
