Apryl Bradshaw, Administrative Assistant at Memorial Hospital, has been employed at Memorial for 20
years. When asked what she likes most about working at Memorial, she replied, “The teamwork. Staff
members often wear many hats and work closely together to meet the needs of our patients. This
collaboration creates a supportive environment where everyone is committed to providing the best
possible care.”
Multiple nominations were submitted on her behalf that expressed why Bradshaw was a valid
candidate. The nominations recognized her outstanding dedication, reliability, and servant-hearted
commitment to Memorial Hospital. Nominators consistently praised her willingness to go above and
beyond, noting that she is a trusted resource for employees, volunteers, patients, and leadership,
always stepping in to help solve problems, support special events, and ensure daily operations run
smoothly. Her positive attitude, teamwork, compassion, and unwavering commitment to excellence
make her an invaluable member of the organization and a highly deserving recipient of this recognition.
Bradshaw resides in Walsh, IL with her husband Austin and their three children. Outside of work she
stays very active in her children’s activities which include football, baseball, and wrestling. When she has
some down time she enjoys spending it with her family and being outdoors.
Each quarter employees are encouraged to submit “star cards” for their co-workers who go above and
beyond in their patient care or teamwork. Four random cards were drawn at the award presentation for
Kellyn Rohlfing, Admitting Representative; Amy Kloos, Pharmacy Director; Summer Hassebrock,
Phlebotomist; and Kimmie Fulmer, HIM Associate.
