McBride Homes and the City of Ste. Genevieve will break ground on the 137-home community, which is McBride’s first in Missouri’s oldest city. To help reduce development costs, the city approved a $10 million bond initiative to fund infrastructure improvements, creating a pathway for more affordable new builds. Progress Pointe offers homes at a price point lower than anywhere else in the area.
