• 2023 HPF Grant – Mobile App Walking Tour – Final Public Forum on Thursday, September
24, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at City Hall.
• 2026 HPF Grant – GIS Historic Data Layer Update – Received notice of approval and now
waiting on DNR completion. Total cost of project is $13,984.00 and the grant will cover 40%,
which is $5,594.00.
• SGHC 027-26 – Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a new (secondary) home – 296 S.
Main St. – Resubmittal
8. New Business:
• SGHC 029-26 – Certificate of Appropriateness for installation of a vinyl windows in place of
wood windows on the side and rear of building – 145 Washington St.
• SGHC 030-26 – Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish existing rear porch and construct
a new one the same width but longer – 672 N. Fourth St.
• SGHC 031-26 – Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish existing garage and replace with
a larger garage – 672 N. Fourth St.
• SGHC 032-26 – Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish existing garage to make room for
addition to existing home – 350 Roberts St.
• SGHC 033-26 – Certificate of Appropriateness to construct an addition to the rear of the
existing home – 350 Roberts St.
