On Friday, September 25th from 6 to 9pm, nine art galleries and studios in downtown Ste Genevieve welcome the public to come enjoy art in a relaxed open house atmosphere.
On north Main Street in the Little Bohemia neighborhood, 5 studio/ storefronts will be open. At Music, Art, Love there will be live music by Andy Roose and two guest artists selling their work. Angie Dalton will be there with her mixed-media art and Jeanette Wilson will be selling her jewelry.
E.KleK.Tix Studio and Gallery is the painting studio of artist Jean Rissover who is featuring small oil paintings, playing vintage jazz, and serving wine.
Only Child Originals and Rust Artisan shop feature the jewelry, recycled metal work, and resin figurines of artist Sam Conlon.
CJoy Art Works features the pottery, painting, and mixed-media work of artist Christina Joy Elsen who will have food and wine while you look.
A block south on Main Street, Two Rivers Gallery has a long running show of art by Bryan Haynes. Two Rivers is featuring an exhibit of oil paintings of historic Ste Genevieve buildings by artist Konstantin Kublanov. Food and wine provided.
At 310 Merchant St., the Ste Genevieve Art Center has the current Art Guild member show on display. See art works in a broad range of media from many local artists.
The Silver Sycamore Gallery at the corner of Market and Third St. offers two floors of beautifully curated fine art for sale. There will be food and wine and a special guest. Realtor Zach Naeger will be available to answer questions about the building as the Silver Sycamore is for sale.
Around the corner on Third Street, ASL Pewter and Foundry will be open. ASL Pewter is the studio and storefront of master craftsman Tom Hooper.
