Summary of the September 9, 2026 BOE Meeting
VOLUME 20 ISSUE 3
The work session was called to order at 5:00 p.m. and the pledge of allegiance was
recited.
A review of construction plans and progress was given by Stephen Telscher with SAPP
Designs.
The open session was called to order at 7:00 p.m. and the pledge of allegiance was
recited.

The board approved the consent agenda items which consisted of:
● August 12, 2026 regular session minutes
● August 24, 2026 special session minutes
● August 27, 2026 tax rate hearing minutes
● August 2026 warrants
The board approved the following:
● Resolution to enter into a lease purchase transaction resulting in the issuance of
Certificates of Participation.
● The November regular board meeting will be held on November 18, 2026.
Program evaluations were reviewed on professional development, summer school, food
services, and the safety program & emergency response. The superintendent’s report
included employment opportunities in the district along with an attendance report and
financial report.
