At 10:00 a.m., the John Weakly, Jan Stephens, and Becky Millinger will play Civil War era music on the corner of Merchant and Main. At 11:00 p.m. the camp will reenact the August 1861 removal of Ste. Genevieve bank funds by Union troops at this same location. Fearing a possible seizure of these same funds by Confederate sympathizers, the monies were removed to St. Louis. The public is invited to shout their support for the Blue or the Gray, depending on their historical bent.

At 1:00 p.m., a fife and drum concert will be offered at the Felix Valle House site by Erin and Ryan Martin.

This event is free to the public, family friendly, and handicap accessible (grass at Felix Valle).
