NEW BUSINESS

  1. Official Results of Internal Audit of water rates for large consumption Users vs Residential account users and setting a bulk water rate schedule by amendment adding into language of Bill 981.
  2. SEMA Reimbursement Funds board to create a separate account and create disbursements as needed.
  3. Hustler X-one rear discharge mower Repair or Replacement
  4. Review and Approval for Water line movement and authorization for said request.
  5. Authorization for the City of St. Mary to review permit costs and fees to align with local averages of other Fourth-class Cities.
  6. Enforcement of Ordinance Violations and Debts owed to the City and to take all available remedies for collections, liens etc. per ordinance and retain special law firm for said collections and actions needed as State Law Allows.
  7. Authorization to request bid proposals for repairing projects or material for around the city.
