Juleen Catherine Woosley, 51, of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away at 10:03 pm, Sunday, July 5, 2026, at Memorial Hospital, Shiloh, Illinois.
She was born to Roger and Dorothy (nee Kruse) Hartmann on July 2, 1975, in Red Bud, Illinois.
On November 7, 1997, Juleen married the love of her life, Charles “Chuck” Woosley, in Red Bud, Illinois. Together, they shared a beautiful, blessed journey of 28 years of marriage, built on love, laughter, and mutual devotion.
For 28 years, she served as the Practice Manager for BJC Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Belleville, Illinois, where her leadership, professionalism, and kind heart left a lasting impact on colleagues and patients alike.
Juleen was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Red Bud, Illinois. Her positive outlook guided her daily life and anchored her through every season.
Juleen’s greatest joy was her family and friends. She was happiest when spending time with her loved ones, hosting gatherings, and cooking wonderful meals. Her grandchildren were the absolute light of her life, and she cherished every moment spent making memories with them. An avid traveler, Juleen loved exploring new places, keeping up with pop culture, and finding the perfect items during her favorite pastime—Amazon shopping. Her vibrant spirit and generous heart will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
