CHESTER – The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest report of arrests.
Arrested were:
James P. Lobisch 34, Steeleville, arrested June 22, 2026 by Steeleville Police for criminal sexual assault. Pretrial Release.
Michael P. Zaccheus 47, Ellis Grove, arrested June 22, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid registration, operating of uninsured motor vehicle. Pretrial Release.
Tiago M. Mangwenya 43, St Louis MO, arrested June 23, 2026 by Steeleville Police on a St Clair County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended or revoked charge. Transported to St Clair County.
Morris R. Dunbar 48, St Louis MO, arrested June 23, 2026 by Steeleville Police on a St Clair County warrant for resisting a peace officer. Transported to St Clair County.
Alfred A. Alvarez 37, Chester, arrested June 24, 2026 by Chester Police on a Cape Girardeau County MO warrant for probation violation. Transported to Cape Girardeau County.
Victor Ajanel-Oxlaj 23, Percy, arrested June 25, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for DUI, Improper Lane Usage, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Pretrial Release.
Dylan A. Jackson 27, Perryville MO, arrested June 27, 2026 by Red Bud Police for aggravated domestic battery. Is incarcerated.
Rushell A. Pranger 49, Sparta, arrested June 28, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Is incarcerated.
