CHESTER — The Chester Chamber of Commerce has named Neal Adams its 2026 Citizen of the year, honoring the work he has done on documenting the construction of the new Don Welge Memorial Bridge, which is due to open in July.
Adams spent many hours of time and dedication doing what he loves to do for his hobby — fly his drone and make videos.
