KANSAS CITY – On May 29, 2026, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) took action on Missouri’s combined 2024-2026 303(d) List of Impaired Waters. In their decision, EPA approved all listings and delistings as approved by Missouri’s Clean Water Commission.
EPA’s approval letter and decision document as well as the final Missouri EPA approved 303(d) list are available on the Department’s Impaired Waters website.
