BiG Al, a life-sized Allosaurus, roars into Ste. Genevieve

STE. GENEVIEVE, MO — Something BIG is stomping into Ste. Genevieve this summer.

The Sainte Genevieve Museum Learning Center is thrilled to unveil its NEW, life-sized Allosaurus on Saturday, June 6th. Join us from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for the official Jurassic June Kick-Off Party, featuring Big AL, the Allosaurus! The excitement begins at 10 a.m. with Big AL’s grand unveiling inside the Hall of Giants. Guests will be among the first to see this incredible prehistoric predator up close. Free with admission, guests can also enjoy face painting, dinosaur games and activities, a dino slide and more!

Curator, Guy Darrough has a special giveaway for those in attendance, visitors will take home their very own Allosaurus bone fragment (while supplies last). The new Allosaurus is the latest exciting addition to the Sainte Genevieve Museum Learning Center and continues the museum’s mission of bringing history, science, and discovery to life in engaging and interactive ways.
