NO on 3 campaign ready to rally Missourians to vote NO and defeat another abortion ban: Amendment 3

By No on 3, Stop The Ban Missouri

JEFFERSON CITY — On Friday,  the Missouri Governor left the politician-referred abortion ban, which will appear as Amendment 3, on the November 3rd general election ballot. Amendment 3 is the anti-abortion politicians’ attempt to overturn the will of the people and repeal the 2024 voter-approved Right to Reproductive Freedom Amendment that guaranteed the right to access abortion care, birth control, prenatal care, IVF, and maternal health care.

The No on 3, Stop the Ban Missouri campaign is launching the fight against anti-abortion politicians and rallying Missourians to defeat the new abortion ban by voting NO on Amendment 3 on November 3rd.

No on 3, Stop The Ban Missouri, released the following statement:

“In 2024, Missourians passed the Right to Reproductive Freedom Amendment, becoming the first state to end an abortion ban and protect reproductive freedom at the ballot box. Voters made it clear that we want Missourians and their families in charge of personal medical decisions, not politicians and lawyers.

“Yet, some politicians are ignoring our voices and forcing us to vote on a new Amendment 3, one that would overturn our votes and repeal our Right to Reproductive Freedom. This Amendment 3 will ban abortion and strip medical decisions away from our families and doctors and put them in the hands of politicians.

“But we will have the final say this November 3rd, not politicians, and we will say NO to bans on abortion, NO to politicians in charge of our medical decisions, NO to overturning our voice and our votes, and NO on Amendment 3.”
