JEFFERSON CITY — A 40-year-old Farmington man received minor injuries in a traffic crash on Route D in Ste. Genevieve County late Monday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the man was the driver of a northbound 1994 Dodge Ram 1500 which travelled partially off the right side of the roadway. The driver over-corrected and the Dodge returned to the roadway, but began rotating and skidding, crossing the center line and running off the left side of the roadway, striking an embankment, then continued traveling off road before overturning and coming to rest
The patrol says the driver, who was buckled up, was taken to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Farmington by ambulance.
The truck was a total loss and was removed by Buckley’s Towing.
The crash happened about 11:23 a.m. north of Hager Road.
