The Sainte Genevieve Museum Learning Center welcomes Deacon Jim Basler and Laurie Fallert to its speaker series this Wednesday night at 6:30 at the Orris Theater. The topic of the presentation will be Bloomsdale—from township to city.

Bloomsdale’s story begins in the 1800s, when it was known as “La Fourche à Duclos,” or “the fork of Duclos.” Join our presenters for a lively conversation inspired by Fallert’s book, The Flourishing Community of Bloomsdale.
Fallert describes the program…..
Discover the stories behind the businesses that shaped the town—and the people who carried them forward, each leaving their own unique mark on Bloomsdale’s growth. Bring your memories, share your stories, and be part of the history!
The program is sponsored by Bloomsdale Bank. The presentation is free to museum members, otherwise admission will apply.
