SGHS softball wins, baseball falls
STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve High School varsity softball team got a win in the first round of the conference tournament over Bismarck by the final score of 15-3 Monday.
The Dragons await the winner of Valle Catholic and Arcadia Valley and play Wednesday night at MAC at 7:30 p.m. Go, Dragons!
SGHS Baseball lost Monday night to a very talented Festus Tigers squad by score of 14-2. Keep your heads up.
SGHS golfers finish 10th of 16 team at Jackson Invite
STE. GENEVEVIE – Ste. Genevieve finished 10th out of 16 teams at the Jackson Invitational, shooting a 349.
Ste. Genevieve Individual Results: 84 total golfers
- Luke Ferranto (81)– T-18th
- Chase Yamnitz (85)– T-30th
- Mason Trollinger (88)– T-42nd
- Colton Roth (95)– T-64th
- Madden Wolk (98)– T-73rd
Ferranto led the way for the Dragons with a solid round of 81, keeping Ste. Genevieve competitive throughout the day. Yamnitz and Trollinger followed with mid-80s rounds, providing consistent scoring for the team.
