Conservative businessman Scott Sattler announces run for state representative in 145th District

PERRYVILLE, MO – Conservative businessman and veteran Scott Sattler has announced that he is running in the Republican primary for the 145th State House District.

“As a local business owner, I care deeply about our community and the people who call it home.  I share this region’s values and believe our government should reflect our conservative principles,” said Sattler.  “I believe the 145th District deserves a State Representative who reflects the everyday concerns of families, workers, and small businesses in this region; someone who will fight for our fundamental rights and stand up for economic growth.”

“If elected to the House, I will stand with law enforcement, fight for smaller government and lower taxes, and work to encourage job creation to ensure future generations of Missourians have the opportunity to thrive.  I believe wholeheartedly in our Constitution, including the Second Amendment.  I am also proudly pro-life and will stand firm for the rights of the unborn,” continued Sattler.

Sattler served more than 17 years in the U.S. Navy.  For more than 30 years, he has worked in economic and workforce development and currently runs his own small business.  He has been actively involved with the Missouri Economic Development Council, Missouri Association of Workforce Development, Southern Economic Development Council, Southeast Workforce Development Board, United Enterprise, Inc., Cape Area Habitat for Humanity, Perryville Lions Club, Perry County Community Foundation, and Perry County Military History Museum, among other groups.
