Prom is Saturday April 11

CHESTER – It is Prom Week 2026 at Chester High School and on Wednesday April 8 the 2026 Prom Court was announced.
The Chester High School 2026 Prom Court includes (Front Row, Left to Right): Aubrey Colvis, Junior Princess Candidate; Annah Helvey-Ahring, Senior Queen Candidate; Addison Gottschammer, Senior Queen Candidate; Camryn Wolff, Senior Queen Candidate; and Aleah Eggemeyer, Junior Princess Candidate. Prom is this Saturday April 11 and throughout the week of April 6-10 students and staff at CHS have been celebrating with exciting events leading up to the big night, Saturday April 11, when the 2026 CHS Prom King and Queen and Prince and Princess will be revealed.
The 2026 Prom Court consists of 10 Chester High School students: six seniors and four juniors. The six seniors will vie for Prom King and Queen, and the four juniors will make up the Prince and Princess candidates.
Senior King Candidates are Ethan Colvis, Brayden Juenger, and Isaac Sims. Senior Queen Candidates are Annah Helvey-Ahring, Addison Gottschammer, and Camryn Wolff. Junior Prince Candidates are Zane Eggemeyer and Karim Landeros. Junior Princess Candidates are Aubrey Colvis and Aleah Eggemeyer.
This year’s Prom Theme is, “Be Our Guest”. Prom is this Saturday April 11. The dance starts at 7:00 p.m. with the 2026 Prom Coronation taking place at 9:00 p.m. The public is invited to attend the coronation. Doors open to the public at 8:30 p.m. The dance and coronation will be held at Chester High School’s Juergens Gymnasium. The event (dance) will conclude at 10:00 p.m.
Students and staff have been celebrating Prom Week with dress up days throughout the week, Monday thru Friday. Student Council members are preparing to decorate Juergens Gym and a prom court photo was taken Wednesday April 8. Adrianne Kern and Erin Conley are CHS Student Council Co-Sponsors.
