Kameron Marlowe and Ashley Cooke to co-headline the Du Quoin State Fair August 30

DU QUOIN, IL – Rising country stars Kameron Marlowe and Ashley Cooke will bring an unforgettable night of country music to the Du Quoin State Fair as co-headliners on Sunday, August 30, performing on the Grandstand stage.

“Kameron Marlowe and Ashley Cooke are two of the most exciting voices in country music today,” said Illinois Department of Agriculture Director Jerry Costello II. “We’re proud to continue bringing outstanding talent to the Du Quoin State Fair.”

Nashville singer-songwriter Kameron Marlowe has quickly become one of country music’s most compelling voices. The Kannapolis, North Carolina native first gained attention with his self-penned single “Giving You Up,” and later broke through with his debut album We Were Cowboys. With multiple RIAA Gold and Platinum certifications and more than 1.2 billion global streams, Marlowe has been praised for his powerful vocals and authentic songwriting. Known for his commanding live performances, he has toured alongside major country stars including Morgan Wallen, Riley Green, Lainey Wilson, and Thomas Rhett. His newest single, “Seventeen,” is currently spinning on country radio.

Joining Marlowe is breakout country sensation Ashley Cooke, whose stardom continues to rise with heartfelt storytelling and standout performances. Cooke earned national attention after releasing her debut album shot in the dark and winning the Breakthrough Female Video of the Year at the CMT Music Awards in 2024. She also scored her first No. 1 hit at country radio with “your place.” Cooke has received multiple nominations for New Female Artist of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards and for Best New Country Artist at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. Her music has taken her to iconic stages including the Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium, while touring with artists such as Luke Bryan, Jordan Davis, Cole Swindell, and Brett Young. Her latest project, ace, features nine deeply personal tracks and continues to showcase her growth as an artist and songwriter.
