Shauna D. Naughton 45, Cape Girardeau MO, arrested March 17, 2026 by Chester Police for forgery and defrauding drug/alcohol screen. Pretrial Release.
Floyd R. Church 58, Pinckneyville, arrested March 17, 2026 by Illinois State Police for DUI, Unlawful Use of Medical Cannabis, & Speeding. Pretrial Release.
Darrell H. Elliott 44, Marissa, arrested March 17, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Offic on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke probation. Is incarcerated.
