Mark W. Brown, 66, of Perryville, Missouri passed away Sunday, March 15, 2026 at his residence.
He was born February 26, 1960 in Perryville, MO to Robert L. and Velma J. (Elder) Brown.
Mark grew up in St. Mary, MO working on the family farm at an early age. He then went on to work as a foreman at Gilster Mary Lee for over 40 years. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and cheering them on from the stands. Mark was an avid runner and spent many days at the Perry Park Center. He also enjoyed watching basketball and football, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Survivors include his mother; two daughters, Jamie (Jeff) Brown, Jill (David) Tropf; one son, David (Rachel) Brown; two sisters, Terri Adams, Robin (Shirley) Grogg; brother, Robert “Bob” L. (Kendra) Brown Jr; four grandchildren, Brileigh Tropf, Colton Tropf, Max Brown, Ellie Brown and his partner, Deborah Richardet.
He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Gene Brown.
Visitation will be from 8:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville with Deacon John Darin officiating.
Entombment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in the Mary Queen of Heaven Mausoleum in Perryville, MO.
Memorial contributions may be given to American Heart Association.
