CHESTER – The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest report of arrests.
Arrested were:
Julie S. Dayton 33, Coulterville, arrested March 10, 2026 by Illinois State Police on a Washington County warrant for a no driver’s license charge. Is incarcerated.
Paul A. Dayton 35, Homeless, arrested March 10, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for driving while license revoked, Eluding police officer, and improper lane usage. Pretrial Release.
Robert T. Schweizer 30, Percy, arrested March 10, 2026 by Steeleville Police for DUI, Improper lane usage, and operating uninsured motor vehicle. Pretrial Release.
Cory A. Hanna 47, Coulterville, arrested March 11, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for aggravated assault. Pretrial Release.
Jose Fernando Santiago Hernandez 23, Willisville, arrested March 12, 2026 by Steeleville Police for no driver’s license and operating uninsured motor vehicle. Pretrial Release.
Darin A. Gerberding 41, Steeleville, arrested March 12, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for DUI, Driving while license revoked, leaving the scene of accident, and failure to reduce speed to avoid accident. Pretrial Release.
Cynthia L Albert 56, Chester, arrested March 12, 2026 by Chester Police for failure to register violent officer against youth address change. Pretrial Release.
Luis D. Dandrade 45, Sparta, arrested March 12, 2026 by Sparta Police for Criminal Trespass to Building and Resisting a Peace Officer. Is incarcerated.
Michael S. Bert 48, Perryville MO, arrested March 13, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on an escape charge. Is incarcerated.
Justin M. Dickens 41, Freeburg, arrested March 14, 2026 by Red Bud Police for domestic battery. Is incarcerated.
Joshua A. Clark 20, Fairview Heights, arrested March 15, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of firearm without a FOID card, Unlawful possession of firearm ammunition without FOID card, operating uninsured motor vehicle, Illegal possession of alcohol by minor, speeding. Pretrial Release.
