CHESTER – Chester High School will present its annual spring theatre production this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, March 12, 13, and 14. This year the production will be a stage play, not a musical.
The title of the play is, “The PLAY that GOES WRONG!” It is a comedy and promises to bring the house down each night. It is the story of a college Theatre Department that is “putting on” a play, titled, “The Murder at Haversham Manor”, and everything that possibly could go wrong does go wrong!
The cast of this year’s production is a small one with only nine primary cast members. Those featured cast members include:
Megan Zimmer as Annie
Karim Landeros as Trevor
Jason Sibley as Chris
Bentley Valleroy as Jonathan
Natalie Guethle as Rachel
Kendall Nanney as Denise
Brodie Mattingly as Max

Many of the cast members are seasoned to the stage. Megan Zimmer, Bently Valleroy, and Jason Sibley had key roles in last year’s musical production of “The Addams Family”. Alyssa Stehl, Kendall Nanney, and Natalie Guethle had lesser roles as “Addams Family Ancestors”.
In addition to the nine key roles as “Speaking Cast Members” there are also 14 “Non-Speaking” roles as members of the “Cornley Drama Society Crew”. This group is on stage frequently, but have no speaking parts. The 14 Cornley Drama Society Crew include:
