PERRYVILLE — Sales tax receipts were up in Perryville last month.
Receipts for January were transfered to the city’s bank account February 4th.
The one percent general sales tax was up $4,028.15 or upp 2.8 percent compared to January 2021.
Similar increases were noted in the mass transportation and capital improvements taxes.
The consolidated city use tax was down $139.78 in January compared to the same month in 2021, that’s a drop of .43 percent.
