JEFFERSON CITY — A 64-year-old Ellis Grove, Illinois man received minor injuries in a traffic crash on Route Z in Ste. Genevieve County Friday evening.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the man was taken to Mercy Hospital Perry by a Ste. Genevieve County Ambulance.
The patrol says the man was unrestrained.
The patrol says the crash happened when the eastbound 2009 Chevrolet Impala the man was driving failed to negotiate a curve to the right and traveled off the left side of the road and hit a tree.
The Impala was a total loss and was removed by Boyd’s Towing.
The crash happened about 6:45 p.m. at St. Mary Church Road.
