JEFFERSON CITY — A Sikeston man was arrested Tuesday on Ste. Genevieve County charges of speeding and failing to wear a seat-belt.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Carl Nichols was taken to the Ste. Genevieve County Jail where he was being held pending the posting of bond.
