JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 47-year-old Robert W. Kloeppel of Glen Carbon, Illinois in Perry County, Mo. at 12:08 p.m. Monday, March 2 on a Macon County charge of failure to appear on an exceeding the speed limit by 16 charge.
He was being held in the Perry County Justice Center pending the posting of bond.
