PERRYVILLE – The Perry County District 32 Central Administrative Office is moving back to campus nearly a year after being displaced during the March 2025 tornado.
Central Office is transitioning into the lower level of the Perryville Primary Center with public access at the rear of the building between the playgrounds. The office will resume normal hours in its new location effective Monday, March 9. Central Office is open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Central Office houses administrative offices for the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Chief Academic Officer, Special Services Director, Safety Director, and Communications Director as well as the Board of Education, Registrar, and administrative staff.
Central Office moved off campus to a rented space last spring so Perryville High School could use Old Senior High after the PHS building was devastated by the tornado. The District 32 Board decided to invest in outfitting the previously unfinished space at PPC to house Central Office rather than continuing to pay rent off campus. The space will eventually be converted to classrooms for the Primary Center once a recovery project is completed for PHS and Central Office can move back to Old Senior High.
