CHESTER – Chester Grade School has announced its February 2026 Students of the Month.
Students were selected based upon the fact they have demonstrated all four of the “HIVE” character traits of 1) Having respect; 2) Initiating Responsibility; 3) Valuing Safety; and 4) Encouraging Empathy.
Teachers at the various grade levels met to nominate those students that fit all four of the character traits and one student from each grade level was selected each month.
The February Students of the Month include (left to right): Atio Koester, Kindergarten, Evelyn Schwier, 1sat Grade, Rowan Liter, 2nd Grade, Brandon Marquez, 3rd Grade, Chloe Keeton, 4th Grade, Myah Palacio, 5th Grade, Breanna Johnson, 6th Grade, and Landon Coffey, 7th Grade. Each recipient received a certificate, his or her name was announced over the CGS PA system, and he or she will be invited to an end of the year party.
