CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – Saint Francis Healthcare System is pleased to welcome Valerie Hotop, FNP-BC to Pain Management Center. Valerie graduated from Maryville University, St. Louis, MO in 2025. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
