SPRINGFIELD, MO — Girl Scouts in 67 counties across Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma have kicked off the highly-visible booth sales portion of the world’s largest girl-led entrepreneurial program, highlighting an exciting new cookie and the opportunity to support local families in need.
Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland’s troops and girls are offering Exploremores™, a rocky road ice cream–inspired sandwich cookie, as part of the full lineup for the 2026 Girl Scout Cookie season. Filled with delicious flavors of chocolate, marshmallow and toasted almond–flavored creme, Exploremores reflect the spirit of exploration at the heart of every Girl Scout. In addition to the exciting new cookie, the 2026 cookie lineup also includes fan favorites such as Thin Mints, Caramel deLites, Peanut Butter Patties and more.
Through person-to-person, cookie booth and online sales with girl delivery or shipping options, Girl Scout Cookie customers can also choose to purchase cookies for Cookie Share, which donates purchased cookies directly to Ozarks Food Harvest, a food bank serving over 270 hunger-relief organizations across 28 counties.
“We are so proud to partner with Ozarks Food Harvest,” said Abby Trimble, Cookies+ Engagement Manager with Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland. “Through their participation in Girl Scout Cookie Season, our girls are building essential entrepreneurial skills all while making a meaningful difference in their communities.”
Customers can locate cookie booths in their communities by visiting the Cookie Finder and entering their zip code. Customers can alternatively locate nearby troops for placing orders for girl delivery or shipping.
Throughout the season, which runs until April 12, Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland will offer a variety of shipping savings opportunities to customers who can’t make it out to area cookie booths or prefer home delivery by mail. For details on shipping promotions, follow Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland on Facebook or Instagram.
Each Cookie Season, Girl Scouts develop important life skills like goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics through the Girl Scout Cookie Program. All proceeds from cookie sales stay with local councils and troops to power Girl Scouts’ amazing experiences year-round.

We Are Girl Scouts. Girl Scouts bring their dreams to life and work together to build a better world. Through programs from community to community, Girl Scouts of all backgrounds and abilities can be unapologetically themselves as they discover their strengths and rise to meet new challenges—whether they want to climb to the top of a tree or the top of their class, lace up their boots for a hike or advocate for climate justice, or make their first best friends. Backed by trusted adult volunteers, mentors, and millions of alums, Girl Scouts lead the way as they find their voices and make changes that affect the issues most important to them.
