JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of 32-year-old Eugene D. Douglas of St. Louis at 11:13 a.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2026 in Ste. Genevieve County.
He was arrested on a speeding charge out of Miller County and was taken to the Ste. Genevieve County Jail, where he was being held pending the posting of bond.
