A funeral will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2026 for 106-year-old Doris Bayuk of Sainte Genevieve, MO who passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
She was born June 7, 1919, a daughter to Donna L. (Weller) Brace and Donald Scott, who both preceded her in death.
She married George Bayuk, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews. great great nieces and nephews, great great great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
She was also preceded in death by four brothers: Russell J. Brace, John “Jack” Germer, Hubert Brace, and Francis “Tuck” Brace; and a sister: Mary Long.
Doris was know as “Dory” at the Care Center. She always had a smile on her face. Doris was loved by the staff at the Care Center and she will be missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at the Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, MO.
