A funeral will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 for 62-year-old William “Billy” Ralph Rinderer of Chester, Ill., who passed away at 8:41 am, Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Memorial Hospital, Chester, Ill.
He was born September 8, 1959 in Red Bud, Ill., the son of William Lawrence and Elaine (nee Hartmann) Rinderer who both preceded him in death.
He married Teri Drescher November 22, 1980 at St. John Lutheran Church, Chester, Ill. She survives in Chester.
He is also survived by three children: Richard (Sherri) Drescher of Perryville, Mo., Lisa McMath of Percy, Ill. and Russell (Sarah) Helmers of St. Louis, Mo.; two siblings: Herman (Michelle) Rinderer of Chester, Ill. and Dollatine Rinderer of Chester, Ill.; 17 grandchildren; five great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was also preceded in death by: a grandson: Xavier Helmers.
He had worked in the shipping department at TG Missouri for 26 years.
Billy was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Chester.
He enjoyed fishing and hunting, motorcycles and anything outdoors.
Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Saturday, February 26, 2022 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Chester.
A memorial service for 62-year-old William “Billy” Ralph Rinderer of Chester will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, February 26, 2022 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Chester. The Rev. Justin Massey will officiate.
