A funeral will be held Saturday, February 14, 2026 for 82-year-old Sandra K. Basler of Perryville, Missouri who passed away February 11, 2026 at Independence Care Center in Perryville.
She was born December 28, 1943 in Crosstown, MO to Everett A. and Idell Barbara (Bohnert) Williams who both preceded her in death.
Sandra and Richard Thomas Basler were married September 18, 1965. He preceded her in death on March 21, 2009.
Survivors include three sons: Tom (Dana) Basler, Terry Basler, and Gary (Linda Sandler) Basler, all of Perryville, MO; two sisters: Cecilia “Tootie” (Robert) Ponder of St. Ann, MO, and Diane Koenig of the state of FL; two grandchildren: Stephanie (Drew) Richardet, and Chelsie (Montana) Giesler both of Perryville; and five great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a sister: Brenda (Roger) French; a brother: Ralph Williams.
She was of the Catholic faith.
Sandra was a proud graduate of St. Vincent de Paul High School.
She worked at Ewald’s BBQ for over 20 years.
Sandra enjoyed working in her yard and flower gardens.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Saturday, February 14, 2026 at the Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.

Burial will be at St. James Catholic Cemetery in Crosstown.
