A funeral will be held Wednesday, February 4, 2026 for 88-year-old Sandy Stratton-Brown of Perryville, Mo. who passed away January 29, 2026.
She is survived by her husband: Brian Brown; a brother: Robert “Uncle Mike” (Nancy) Pendleton, brother: Mark Pendleton, brother: Greg (Angel) Pendelton, son: Doug (Pam) Stratton, son: Matt (Angie) Stratton, daughter: Letha (Matt) Young, daughter: Valerie (Chris) Rector, son: Todd Brown; daughter: Tiffany Brown; grandchildren: Tyler (Kristen) Stratton, Danielle Stratton, Scott (Lisa) Riney, Raymond (Shauna) Leigh Young, Caleb (Bethaney) Stratton, Madalyn (Dustin) Wallace, Zach Rector, Thomas Harvell, Jacob (Cierra) Harvell, Logan Brown, Andrew and Addison Ebers; great-grandchildren: Michael Riney and Janessa Riney, Luke and Kayden Young, Marceline Wallace, and Athena Harvell.
She was preceded in death by her father: Raymond Lansing Pendleton; mother: Hildred Jane (Houghton) Pendleton; first husband: R. Leigh Stratton; and a brother: Raymond (Vicki) Pendleton.
Sandy was a hard worker.
She was very talented with leather.
She trained horses, dogs, and also groomed many animals in Perryville.
Visitation will be 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Basler Funeral Home in Sainte Genevieve, MO.
