Alek R. Jarrett 43, Chester, arrested January 20, 2026 by Chester Police on a Perry County IL warrant for failure to appear for driving while license suspended and cited for driving while license suspended. Pretrial Release
William C. Haupt 44, Patton MO, arrested January 20, 2026 by Chester Police on a Perry County MO warrant for unlawful possession of controlled substance and cited for criminal damage to property. Is incarcerated.
Rachel L. Keesee 45, Sparta, arrested January 21, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on an obstructing justice and theft charge and a St Clair County warrant for charges of retail theft and burglary. Is incarcerated.
Joshua M. Miller 25, Hillsboro IL, arrested January 22, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a unlawful possession of stolen vehicle charge. Is incarcerated.
Cheryl J. Hood 70, Sparta, arrested January 23, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Perry County IL warrant for failure to appear on a unlawful possession of controlled substance charge. Is incarcerated.
