JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest arrest reports.
Among those listed as arrested:
39-year-old Antonya L. Hickenbottom of East Prairie at 10:32 p.m. Thursday, January 22, 2026 in Ste. Genevieve County on a New Madrid County charge of failure to appear on a speeding 18 over charge and a Festus charge of failing to appear on a charge of speeding. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
