June Marie Leuckel, 91, of Perryville, Missouri passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026 at her residence.
She was born September 23, 1934 in Perry County, MO to Valle and Elva (Rabold) Huber.
June and Carl “Corky” R. Leuckel were married May 12, 1951 in Perryville, MO. He preceded her in death on September 15, 2015.
She worked as a self employed beautician for over 60 years.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. June was the former President of the AMVETS Post 94 Auxiliary and was a member of many other local clubs and organizations. She enjoyed spending her time dancing and taking care of her flowers and plants.
Survivors include three sons, Carl “Topper” Ray Leuckel, Jr., Paul Allen (Christy) Leuckel, Jon “Jeff” Jeffrey (Tina) Leuckel; six grandchildren, Tammy (Patrick) Drury, Brad (Kelly Staggs) Leuckel, Scott Leuckel, Mark Leuckel, Robin (Bobby) Clifton, Jewelia (Kyle Lappe) Leuckel; ten great-grandchildren, Lacey, Clayton, Caleb, Drew, Maecy, Jesse, Kash, Kane, Colt, Emberlynn.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Dale Huber, Larry Huber; sister, Patricia Huber; daughter-in-law, Mona Leuckel.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with an AMVETS Auxillary Service at 6:00 pm on Friday, January 23, 2026 and from 8:00 am to 10:00 am Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville with Deacon John Darin officiating.
Burial will be at Home Cemetery in Perryville.
Memorial contributions may be given to Journey Hospice, St. Jude Children’s Hospitals, or Shriners Children’s Hospitals..
