Perryville woman hurt in traffic crash in Patton

JEFFERSON CITY — A 70-year-old Perryville woman suffered minor injuries in a traffic crash on Highway 72 in Patton Sunday afternoon.

 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Teresa Peters was taken to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau by ambulance.

 

The patrol says Peters was the driver of a westbound 2002 Oldsmobile Alero which was struck by a 2000 Lincoln Town Car driven by 54-year-old Mark Miller of Marble Hill. He was unhurt.

 

Both drivers were buckled up.

 

The crash happened about 5:20 p.m. at the junction of Highway 51 and Highway 72 in Bollinger County.

 

Both vehicles had moderate damage and were towed from the scene.
