Courtney Johnson earns CDCES Certification

SPARTA, IL – Sparta Community Hospital is excited to share that Courtney Johnson has earned her Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential, an achievement that enhances the care and support available to patients managing diabetes.

 

 

 

As a CDCES, Courtney works closely with patients to help them better understand their diagnosis, make realistic lifestyle changes, and feel more confident managing their health day to day. Her added training allows her to offer even more personalized guidance and support to individuals living with diabetes.

 

In addition to her CDCES certification, Courtney is a Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition and is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. Her strong clinical background and approachable style help patients feel informed, supported, and empowered to take charge of their health.
