CHESTER – The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest report of arrests.
Arrested were:
Travis D. Mancillas 37, Sparta, arrested December 1, 2025 by Sparta Police for criminal damage to property and violation of pretrial release. Is incarcerated.
Servando Perez Santana 49, Steeleville, arrested December 1, 2025 by Chester Police for violation of order of protection. Is incarcerated.
Candy L. Stoneburner 49, arrested December 3, 2025, by Sparta Police on a Cook County warrant for failure to appear on a retail theft charge. Is Incarcerated.
Michael J. Jaimet 43, Percy, arrested December 3, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke probation. Is incarcerated.
Erick S. Hernandez-Hernandez 20, Percy, arrested December 3, 2025 by Steeleville Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge. Is incarcerated.
Talon M. Bush 41, Chester, arrested December 4, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for driving while license revoked. Pretrial Release
Kasie S. Grissom 34, Baldwin, arrested December 5, 2025 by Sparta Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license revoked charge and St Clair County warrants for theft, DUI, and Driving while license suspended or revoked. Released to St Clair County.
Carley J. Hill 31, DuQuoin, arrested December 5, 2025 by Sparta Police for home invasion. Is incarcerated.
Carrie J. Kelley 43, Sparta, arrested December 5, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for theft. Is incarcerated.
Ronnie W. Higgerson 36, Sparta, arrested December 6, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office from domestic battery. Is incarcerated.
William C. Haupt 44, Patton MO, arrested December 6, 2025 by Illinois State Police for domestic battery, interference in reporting domestic battery, criminal damage to property, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and obstructing identification. Is incarcerated.
Corey A. Embrick 36, Red Bud, arrested December 7, 2025 by Red Bud Police for domestic battery and a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a theft of utilities charge. Is incarcerated.
