STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve High School Speaking Dragons have wrapped up a strong stretch of competition, closing out the regional preliminary rounds with several students advancing to the semi-finals and finals on Dec. 8.

- Carter Hogenmiller – Prose Reading
- Kyler Gugel – Radio Speaking
- Josie Guilford – Storytelling
The team also performed well at the recent Clayton Invitational, earning several top placements:

- Josie Guilford – 4th place, Storytelling
- Caroline Roth and Ashtyn Neel – 6th place, Duo Interpretation
The Speaking Dragons will compete next at the regional finals and another major invitational in December.
