Jason S. Leeper 42, Steeleville, arrested November 26, 2025 by Steeleville Police for Obstructing Justice, resisting a peace officer, and speeding. Pretrial Release.
Demetrius L. Zoph 20, Eden, arrested November 28, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for domestic battery. Is incarcerated.
Ashley R. Mulholland 34, Sparta, arrested November 28, 2025 by Sparta Police for disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer, and obstructing justice. Pretrial Release.
Jared J. Popp 40, Perryville MO, arrested November 29, 2025 by Chester Police for driving while license revoked, Unlawful possession of methamphetamine, Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, operating uninsured motor vehicle and unlawful possession of adulterant to defraud drug screening. Pretrial Release.
Justin G. Westerman 28, Campbell Hill, arrested November 30, 2025 by Chester Police for DUI and operating uninsured motor vehicle. Pretrial Release.
