JEFFERSON CITY – Ste. Genevieve County sales tax receipts were down for the month of October and down so far in 2025 according to the Missouri Department of Revenue.
The D-O-R reported each of the county’s five sales taxes: General, County, County Law Enforcement, Additional County Capital Improvements I and Additional County Capital Improvements II brought in around $57,489 in October 2025, which was down $33,497 from October 2024.
In addition, each of the five taxes is down so far this calendar year: with each tax bringing in around $797,084 compared to $816, 812 in the first 10 months of 2024.
