Lorene L. Leimer, 100, of Perryville, Missouri passed away Friday, November 7, 2025 surrounded by her family at her residence.
Lorene was born August 17, 1925 in Uniontown, MO to Gottfried W and Hilda (Herring) Bock.
Lorene and Wilmer H. Leimer were married on June 8, 1957. He preceded her in death on September 22, 2004.
Lorene was a bookkeeper and co owner with her husband of Dog N Suds Restaurant in Perryville, MO.
She was happiest in her vegetable garden and tending her flowers. She deeply loved her grandsons.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, MO.
Survivors include daughter, Susan (Lynn) Winkler of Cape Girardeau, MO; son, Tim Leimer of Perryville, MO; two grandsons, Ryan Winkler of Cape Girardeau, MO and Jon (Kayla) Winkler of Pierre, SD.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Wilmer H. Leimer; four brothers, Walter (LaVaira) Bock, Norman (Genevieve) Bock, Arthur Bock, Lindy (Darlene) Bock; three sisters, Hattie (Oscar) Detjen, Ruby (Oliver) Verseman and Dorothy (Wally) Koenig.
Visitation will be from 10:30 am to 11:50 am on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, MO.
Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Immanuel Lutheran Church with Rev. Joseph Schlie officiating.
Burial will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Perryville, MO.
Memorial contributions may be given to Immanuel Lutheran School Building Fund.
