A funeral will be held Thursday, October 23, 2025 for 78-year-old Charlene Agnes Eddleman of Perryville, Missouri who passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Mo.
She was born June 25, 1947 in Belgique, Mo. to Adam J. and Aurelia M. (Depaul) Klobe who both preceded her in death.
She and James Eddleman were married at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, MO on December 2, 1972. He survives.
Survivors also include a daughter: Jaime (Jason) Reisenbichler; a brother: Daniel (Jeanette) Klobe; two grandchildren: Jeffery (Annie Hayden) Reisenbichler and Jeremy Reisenbichler.
Charlene enjoyed volunteering at the Missouri’s National Veterans Memorial, gardening, fishing, and doing crossword puzzles.
Charlene was a member of the VFW Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, and was on the Spirit Within committee.
She worked most of her life as an operator at Gilster Mary Lee.
After retirement she worked part time at Robinson Construction Company.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2025 and 8-9:50 a.m. Thursday, October 23, 2025 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
A funeral 78-year-old Charlene Agnes Eddleman of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 23, 2025 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville with the Rev. Matthew Marks officiating.
Burial will be held privately at a future date.
Memorial contributions may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Building Fund or to Missouri’s National Veterans Memorial.
