Charles H. Jung, 64, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 4:12 am, Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at Memorial Hospital, Chester, Illinois.
He was born February 6, 1961 in Red Bud, Illinois to the Henry and Mary (nee Morgan) Jung who both preceded him in death.
He is survived by two aunts: Janet Freeman and Vernice Jung; an uncle: John Johnston; and many cousins and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a sister: Carrie (Allan) Fortner and a niece:April Fortner
Charles had worked as an electrician in St. Louis, Missouri until his retirement.
He was of Catholic faith. Charles was an avid deer hunter and fisherman.
It was Charles’ wish to be cremated.
